Those who have successfully completed 1) A Degree in Arabic conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala 2) A pass in Arabic Munshi Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examination, Kerala 3) A pass in Arabic Teachers Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala 4) A pass in Degree with Part II Arabic (Second language) 5) A pass in preliminary of Oriental Learning in Arabic from Calicut University 6) Certificate Course in Communicative Arabic 7) Title of Oriental Learning in Arabic (Alimiat & Fazilat)
