Publishing Rules of Articles (Arabic & English)

1. The articles sent for publishing in the journal should not be submitted for publishing in any magazines or periodicals or presented in any conferences or seminars
2. The full responsibility of the views expressed in the articles that are published in the Journal shall be on the writer and not on the editorial board
3. The articles should be free of any stylistic, typographical, linguistic, grammatical and spelling errors
4. The articles should be typed in Microsoft Word only
5. It is compulsory to mention the sources and references as per the research methodology rules
6. The articles should not be part of pure research thesis or dissertation
7. The researcher should follow the research rules in arrangement of sources and references
8. The editorial board has the right of consider/reject the articles.
9. The subject of the article should be significant and relevant
10. The researcher shall be committed to complete the modifications recommended by the experts
11. The researcher shall be provided a copy of the journal in which his/her article is published free of cost
12. The article should not exceed ten (10) pages including appendices, references
13. The researcher should send an electronic version of the article to e-mail address of the magazine (majallakairala@gmail.com)

Selection procedure of articles:

• The researcher will get the receiving notice during a period not exceeding two weeks from the date of receipt.
• The editorial board may choose two scholars from the Selection Committee to verify the Article. After the secret verification of the article to check the suitability for publication it will be sent to the researcher committed to accept the observations of the selection committee members.
• After acceptance for publication in the magazine, the researcher may receive a copy of the article in its final form, along with a letter of acceptance of his research for publication in the magazine.
• After acceptance of the article, it cannot be re-considered.
• After acceptance of the article, the researcher can't submit the article for publication in any other place.
• The article will not be returned to its author whether it is accepted for publication or not.
• The article once published will be the property of the magazine and may not be re-published in other places

قواعد النشر والتوثيق في المجلة:

1)       أن لا يزيد عدد صفحات البحث أو الدراسة عن (١٠) صفحة بما فيها الملاحق والمراجع مكتوبة بخط (Simplified Arabic) على مقاسة (١٦) في متن الصفحة و (١٢) في هامشها

2)       أن لا يكون البحث المقدم للنشر قد نشر أو قدم للنشر في مجلات أو دوريات أخرى أو قدم ونشر في دوريات لمؤتمرات أو ندوات (يقدم الباحث تعهدا مكتوبا يؤكد فيه ذلك)

3)       أن لا يكون البحث محض جزء الأطروحة أو الرسالة التي نال بها الباحث شهادة علمية

4)       البحث المنشور في المجلة يكون ذمة آرائه ومسؤوليته على عاتق الكاتب لا على هيئة التحرير

5)       أن يكون البحث سليما من أخطاء أسلوبية وطباعية ولغوية ونحوية وإملائية وسليما من أية أخطاء علمية ومنهجية التي تختل سلامته الخبير العلمي

6)       أن يكون البحث مطبوعا على برنامج الوورد فقط، وضرورة إرسال النسخة الإلكترونية على العنوان الإلكتروني للمجلة (majallakairala@gmail.com)

7)       أن يأخذ بالأصول العلمية إحاطة، واستقصاء، وخطوات البحث، والحرص على التوثيق

8)       أن يحسن استخدام المصادر والمراجع ملائما بقواعد البحث

9)       أن يلتزم الباحث بالشروط المتبعة في كتابة البحوث وترتيب المصادر والمراجع

10)   براعي في ترتيب البحوث وتبويبها ونشرها الاعتبارات الطباعية والفنية بما يتفق مع خطة المجلة ولا يحق للباحث

11)   الاعتراض على ذلك

12)   يلتزم الباحث بإكمال التعديلات التي يوصى بها الخبراء أو أعضاء هيئة التحرير…

إجراءات تحكيم البحوث:

1)       تقوم هيئة التحرير باختيار محكمين اثنين من الهيئة الاستشارية للبحث الواحد، وتخضع البحوث للتحكيم السري لتحديد صلاحيتها للنشر، ويلتزم الباحث بالأخذ بملاحظات المحكمين.

2)       بعد قبول البحث للنشر في المجلة، يقدم الباحث نسخة من البحث بشكله النهائي، ويحصل على خطاب بقبول بحثه للنشر في المجلة.

3)       تعتبر القرارات المتعلقة بالبحوث نهائية، ولا يمكن إعادة النظر فيها.

4)       عند صدور قرار قبول نشر البحث، لا يحق للباحث أن يقدمه للنشر في أي مكان آخر

5)       لا تُعاد الأبحاث إلى أصحابها سواء قبلت للنشر أم لم تقبل. وعلى الباحث متابعة بحثه خاصة فيما يتعلق بالتعديلات.

6)       يصبح البحث المنشور ملكا للمجلة ولا يحق إعادة نشره في أماكن أخرى

يجب أن يتضمن البحث ما يلي:

1)       العنوان (Title)

2)       الملخص (Synopsis)

3)       الكلمات (الرئيسية ) المفتاحية (key Words)

4)       المقدمة (Introduction)

5)       مضمون البحث مع الهوامش (Content)

6)       الخاتمة (conclusion)

7)       نتائج البحث (Results)

8)       التوصيات (Recommendations)

9)       المصادر والمراجع (Bibliography)

10)   المناقشة (لو وجدت) (Discussions)

11)   الإشادة والشكر (لو وجدتا) (Praise and thanks)

12)   المواد الداعمة (لو وجد) (Supporting materials)
